I don't think it's awkward for any of them. They clearly know the cameras film somethings they do and say for "I Live Alone", and while she stays in Korea, but not everything. Btw, they're both friends and actors, they get used to it, and clearly know what they're doing for the show, it's entertainment for Korean people, and it's called "showbiz". I believe she knew when she came to Korea about the show, she knew about the cameras following them and listening almost everything (maybe just somethings) they did and said, and then streaming it on the channel, she knew about the panelists teasing Henry about it bc it's part of the show, so Henry obviously thought about everything else when he explained this to her before she came, and he had to get a premission with the channel and the show, for her to be on two episodes. And I think they did this, at least while she stayed in Korea (but not showed all they did) with Henry as a guide tourist and a friend to help her 🍀.

If you watch the complete episode, you'll see Henry didn't really know his female friend Kathryn (like he said about her) is in a relationship. He had not idea. It's not that he didn't remember. He was actually surprised, shocked (and seemed/looked a bit sad too, idk why) of finding out like that about it.

@@enjoythewalk_ Well I'm not too sure of the facts on everything you said and I don't care about "awkwardness" for any of them. I don't think they are acting anything other that what I would consider 2 normal friends and I don't think they did it for the cameras. What really _grinds my gears_ is that the editors manipulate it in such a way (adding the music, the pink hue, hearts etc.) Where it gets uncomfortable to watch for someone who is uhh... normal ¿ and doesn't consider feeding their friends some food as a romantic gesture amongst other things.
