I have always liked the manner Kathryn conducted her healing services. The feature I did like very much about Kathryn's services was that the gifts of healing were being delivered to her audience without her laying hands on any one. The cures signs and wonders just followed her and were not the result of some hot handed touch or her slaying people in the spirit or doing stage antics like other so called prosperity preachers and healers. it was almost like all she did was come up on the stage worshiping and praising the Savior and occasionally delivering a sermon on the 10 commandments and God was working all around her. Then she would praise God all the more for His working. What a blessed restful sort of ministry that would be!! God doing all the work while you get to watch and praise Him all the more for the work He is doing! Though there are always sins and improprieties that every body in the world commits daily and I suppose Kathryn was no exception. I suppose she could worship Jesus all the more for the grace that erased all her sins and allowed the healing grace to work in her midst. The fact she had this gift working for her was a blessing I could not imagine how precious it was. Matt 7:21 then would be of no danger when you could not claim that you did exorcisms and cures and mighty works when you did not do a thing but worship God for doing all the wonders around you that you got to observe. It is no work at all when God is doing the work so therefore you could not be guilty of trusting in your work when you really did no work at all and the Spirit was doing all the work in your midst. I would call that faith rest in the highest sense of the word. Some real hot kind of anointing of the blood of Jesus which delivered cures just fell upon the ones in the audience. The only apologetic she would ever have to make to the audience was why that some people were cured and others passed by. In those cases I hope she encouraged the people not cured not to give up their persistent hope and faith in Jesus Christ and keep on trying asking knocking and praying that they too would find the same kind of deliverance particularly in a world where the solutions of men of medicine surgery and science produce questionable and dangerous effects on the human body as we have noted in the recent COVID epidemic.
