Just another little training video :)
Having recovered from my injuries I started training again around the start of July... I had so much fun jumping around this summer, so I've decided to shove together some footage from various times I have been out training.
Excuse the lack of quality of some of these clips -- a lot of this stuff was just filmed on my phone when I didn't have any kind of camera out with me :/
Oh and thanks to my sister, Charlie, for letting me use her footage of me that she filmed for some project she's working on :)

p.s. Sorry about the slightly tragic label hanging out the side of my top in some clips... apparently no one wanted to let me know that I was committing such a social faux pas!

Thanks Katie. I'm sure her parents would be happy with whatever profession she pursues. I was just retelling your cool video to her dad the other day, and he mentioned 'yeah, it's aesthetically amazing', which I couldn't agree more. But it also fits well with your and my niece's bubbly happy-go-lucky personality. It's just cool all round :)

I will show video to my daughter. She's 11 and sometimes joins me when I'm training. Watching other girls practice parkour and freerunning tends to motivate her a bit more than just my encouragement.

I am so mesmerised by the movement!! You move so smoothly and cleanly! I hope one day I can meet you and tell you this in person!! ;) On another note... If I hear this music from Dad's study one more time I might just go insane!! Nice work sis, nearly 25,000 views and only 5 dislikes!! Not too shabby!!

Artistic is the type of gymnastics that involves the bars, beam, floor and vault (plus rings and pommel for men). There are a few overlaps in the things I train now and the things I trained as a gymnast when I was young. However, the majority of what I do now I have learnt over the last couple of years since starting freerunning... So if your niece started out now, I'm sure she will be an absolute pro one day! :P

@oxothebest1 I had an operation on my wrist after splitting a tendon and then I dislocated my elbow pretty badly a few months later! Was off training for quite a while - so glad to be back to it now!

Great technique. Its refreshing to see someone in a PK video using good "climb down" techniques rather than jumping off high obstacles.

I met quite a few guys who were doing parkour/freerunning when I was going along to open gym sessions. But it was mainly James Kingston who got me into it... Check his stuff if you haven't already - especially if you're into crazy crane climbs haha!
