WE HAVE A GYM!!
It has been such a dream of mine to have a home gym setup and I'm so happy with the results of our garage gym transformation. Huge thank you to ‪@bulldoggearoffical‬ for providing the equipment for our home gym! :D

I am so old that when Katie showed the wood rack I thought that there was a boom box (cd player) on there. It was the foam roller. 90% of the Garage - Gym videos go for black interior paint, so this was a relief.

Hi Katie, the gym looks fantastic and I enjoyed watching it progress. Do you recall where you brought your mirror panels from (the one next to the dumbbell rack)? Do you notice any distortion in your reflection? I'm trying to put together my own home gym setup (although not as good as this), but have looked at so many options when it comes to the mirror and am torn, but yours looks great so thought I might try and replicate it

It's been insulated, had the electrics done and floor put down. However, we have taken a break from it for a bit because my sister and I have both been busy with work. But we'll be cracking on with it soon! :)

Has less to do with Erik and more to do with the fact I was unable to post consistently on social media for a few years while I was working back to back movies as a stunt performer. But cool. 👍🏼
