they can no longer continue the series the way it was before, they need to develop more characters besides the main couple because otherwise people will start to lose interest in the others

Totally agree with you that Polin should have way more screentime this season. It's their season. In season one and two we could not see enough to come to the conclusion that there could be more between them. In the first part we were distracted with to much other storylines. In part 2 it is the same for me... I'm not interestet in other relations... I want to see Polin. It's their season... I am lucky that I have read the books. That for I know all the feelings they have. But if you are not have reading their story, you could easily think they are rushing.... and we do not feel enough because of the lack of scenes between Polin and Penelope. Episode 5 was really good. The mirror scene was perfect! Love the chemistry between the actors. Thank you for your reactions! And happy birthday to you 🎉

@@gabby8104 I understand the Francesca thread, the reason comes at a later season. I don't really understand the focus on Cressida or Benedict in this season. The books go in alphabetical order. So, it would have been last season. I can see the reason for the change up, entertainment, but not his season so why? Nor Violet's season. Doesn't make sense.

I love and adore all Polin scenes and yes they deserve more screen time specially on the last episode. I felt like they sublot of benedict and maybe 1 more subplot is acceptable. But they have like 4 subplot ongoing. Franchesca story should have been just a teaser I mean they could may be have hold her wedding for next season which will be a subplot for benedict season. As much as I like franchesca it is the most that took time away from Polin. With that said Iam soooo satisfied with Nicola and Luke as they did beyond justice for Polin.

One thing I like about part 2 is the development of Lady Featherington and Penelope relationship they did redeem Lady Featherington. Also Prudence little scene with Penelope was a bit touching.

Mama Bridgerton story was ok, I guess, but I admit I wasn’t overly invested. I enjoyed the Francesca story, and I thought they set up a future Francesca season very well. Found Benedict and Tilly completely boring. Who cares about their casual nonsense? I’m here for the love stories!

The problem with Bridgerton is that they have too many subplots going on which is interesting yes, important for the next season yes but it also takes away from the ACTUAL MAIN COUPLE of the season. In addition the editing isnt as well done. For example in the dances both in ep 4 and the future dances in part 2, the intimacy between POLIN is interrupted. Like the wedding dance uploaded by Nicola was so beautiful meanwhile the one we got on the show is so chopped up you dont fully marinate in the feels. I also think they rushed or cut polin conversations. They were more Pen than Colin. For example they never even addressed Colin accusing Pen of entrapment. That seriously seriously made the wedding sad for me. Tbh as someone who read the book I was quite disappointed by the season. They gave good points yes but it does leave me unsatisfied.
