2 жыл бұрынTeaming up with @Randy Santel to take on the viral "Frankenstein" Burger Challenge at MonsterMash Burgers in Sevierville, Tennessee!!! Teams of two have just 1 hour to take on a 15LB burger that includes over 8lbs of ground beef, 12 slices of cheese, over a pound of bacon, over a pound of hot dogs, and LOTS of healthy veggies! Teams must also finish a GIANT bowl of fries along with a bowl of chili (that may also be served on the burger). Winners receive the $50 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on the wall of fame!

@@MrsTao Disagree. a challenge is a challenge. These 2, like most competitive eaters with YT channels, have a ton of followers and get a ton of views. it's free advertising. Let Katina and Randy kill it and then you'll have a few "i think i can do that" folks trying it also.

Speaking of throwing shade; unknowingly, the restaurant just threw shade on themselves. The combined subscribers between Katina & Randy is well over a million. I hope it was worth the $50 they were trying to save.

@@mnym8ts Had to comment after watching some of his vids, Katina seems like a genuinely nice person but can't say the same for jobba the hut from what I've seen he is a doucebag and a sore loser. Him telling the crowd to stop cheering because his big feelings were hurt among other things I've seen him do just like on the behind-the-scenes vid he was telling the fans what to do. I've known people that act just like him jock I'm famous too good for everyone type.

I think it’s so fucked up when an establishment cheats just because you guys are professionals. I would call them out right then and there. I’m glad you and Randy tell us when a restaurant does this because it just makes me not want to go there.

Yeah, I think it's sad you & Randy got robbed from actually beating the challenge. Poor Randy looked like he was struggling a bit, so you were able to step up and and make a HUGE difference. It's awesome how if one of you are having a off day, the other is able to step up like that. You both make an AWESOME Team Katina! That being said, you still almost beat that challenge!! I think if you both received the same challenge as the others that completed in the past, I think you could have killed it for sure. Another cool think about you both - How "Professional" you remained, knowing what was going on. You're voice overs are always a fun part of the video's, and even with the challenge obviously made harder for you guys to finish, you kept your cool, your amazing sense of humor, and still rocked out a great show & video. You & Randy are a class act for sure...Take care & Good luck in your next adventure!!

I was seriously considering making a visit to this place for the sole purpose of purchasing this Burger. It looks really, really good. But after hearing what I have heard regarding their dishonesty in the portion sizing I will NOT be going there.

Randy was really off on this challenge. He looked like he was full, almost from the start. Katina, you kicked ass!!!!! It's just unfortunate when businesses change the rules for professional eaters. They should tell you upfront that your challenge is going to be bigger.

@@damondurham5683 poor dude is gonna end up as Fatlas if he keeps doing a food challenge every day for weeks on end every year, so I hope he retires after his next cut/weight loss phase. He has over 1000 "wins" under his belt and the dude is morbidly obese. He needs to get back to at least the low-mid 200lbs to attain a decent body composition. He is currently almost 400lbs.

In the future, you shouldn't mention the restaurant until after the challenge. Restaurants that "Rig the game" do not deserve the huge amount of free press they get from your videos.

They talk with all the restaurants before hand to tell them they'll be there and if they can film and have an audience. They also let the public know so they can see them attempt the food challenges. Restaurants also reach out to competitive eaters to take on their challenges.

Your positive attitude and graciousness for your fans is admirable! You both set a great example of keeping it fun. That said, it’s a bummer when they go way overboard to add extra to the challenge. I, like others, would choose not to patronize them for doing that. They need to appreciate the advertising they get from competitive eaters.

i saw a video of them in the summerfest grounds in Milwaukee and Randy was struggling to walk. He's not that old which is very alarming. He needs to take a break and do some exercise.

I’ll never understand why companies would choose being shady and heavy handed for someone who could bring a lot of positive publicity. This just makes people feel negative about them but Katina and Randy handled themselves very well!!! It’s a win in my books 🖤

Especially when one of the people on that team is a 6'5" giant of a man lol. Also, it's not uncommon for some restaurants to try to cheat to avoid paying out.

It's not very smart for them to treat the sweethearts of competitive eating unfairly. You have over 2 million subs combined and the FC website, that could have been a lot of positive promotion. Instead they now will be known as cheats. Other pro eaters won't take on the challenge meaning more lost promotion. That's just not smart marketing.

We saw them there and it was wonderful to watch and meet them! I wouldn’t blame them for not wanting to go back there, though! Hopefully they come back to Sevierville with another challenge soon, though! They’re genuinely kind people. Needless to say, I’m hugely disappointed in these unkind comments about Randy. If you can’t stand him, then don’t watch it. Sorry that all you “men” are jealous that he has a beautiful gal like Katina.

Saw this coming. SPOILER ALERT. It was just too much food. They overloaded that meal plus undercooked the burger. That was almost as rare as the burger Randy had in Spain where he got food poisoning. Not quite, but close.

You both did a great job. In my eyes, you guys won that. I've noticed in a few different videos, the challenge meal looks bigger than norm. Even one that randy did with another guy. Randy's portion size was bigger, and they were eating the same meal. But you two keep rocking it. Love you both

I was looking forward to watching you both kick some ass! It's dishonest when the restaurant decides to amp up the food without prior discussion with competitors. You're giving them free advertising, encouraging customers to walk through the door. Wow y’all were so close but that was a lot of fries to finish!!! Good job on that huge burger tho🙌🏼 U didn’t even break a sweat!!! Randy didn’t seem as hungry on this challenge cause I don’t seem him struggle too many times and he was a little today but good job y’all! Wish I could’ve been there but like I told Randy, I’m 2 hours away and couldn’t make it😩 Maybe y’all can make it a little more towards Johnson City Tennessee next time💜

Great attempt you two! I personally would never go to this restaurant for the fact they cheated you big time. You would have won the challenge easily. What I do not understand is what do they have to gain by cheating? Obviously not $50 so ???

this is really rude, not all their videos match exactly with a timeline, a lot of it is backlogged. If you bother to look at Randy's channel he is dieting, he is working out and he does go through cutting phases and is especially doing so as part of furthering his education. So do everyone a favour and educate yourself before making fatphobic comments.

Poor Randy, he looks like he is in physical pain while doing this challenge. Hope he gets his health in order soon, he has gained a lot of weight doing these food challenges.
