For our next stop in Ireland, Randy and I found ourselves at De Roistes Smokehouse in Ballinderry where we took on their MASSIVE new Meat Boat Irish BBQ Platter Challenge! Hungry diners have 1 hour to finish over 3kgs of Irish BBQ including:
1 Ultimate Smokehouse Burger
1 Full Rack of Spare Ribs
1 Beef Cheek
1 Wild Boar Fillet
1 Southern Fried Chicken Breast
1 Foot Long Hot Link
1 Massive Scoop of Pulled Pork
6 Mild Hot Wings
1 Bowl of Salami Mac n' Cheese
1 Bowl of Garlic Mashed Potatoes
1 Bowl of Cajun Style Coleslaw
1 Cornbread Muffin w/ Honey Butter

Same here. The desciption, along with the videos help promote these places. Not just promoting the challenge but the food as most of it looks amazing. Has to be to be able to eat that much of it.

I discovered your channel while in the hospital recovery from a blood clot and having half of my guts removed. I was so hungry not having eaten any solid food in over 9 days. Right that's how I felt when I was stuck in a rehabilitation center for a year the food was horrible I would pretend so hard .mukbangs deff got me though

Alabama native here, the white sauce was an invention of Big Bob Gibson, Decatur Alabama. Bob passed in 1973 but his famous sauce lives on. Congrats on the win!!!

The surprise was a proper smoker in Ireland, well done Katina. I was concerned for the brisket when I saw it in the skillet as it is a step that would never be taken by any self respecting Texas pitmaster. All in all looked like one hell of a platter great choices of meat and sides so well done Ireland.

Food looked fantastic and you always make it look so easy. It would take me a week to eat all that. That's amazing that he knows Big Bob Gibson or does he mean Chris Lilly? Bob invented the Alabama white sauce 100 years ago. Im a huge fan of Chris Lilly, that's the only reason i know this, lol. Keep up the great work 👍

My ancestors came from County Clare, right next door to Limerick. Beautiful scenery and it looked like an excellent place for a stroll. Hope you're enjoying seeing the sights and soaking in the culture. Good job as always... Wow! This was my favorite challenge of yours so far, I wanted to eat it all, too. You're amazing! That looked better than any BBQ I've had here in the States and in the South. Colour (I know it’s ‘color’ in US) me impressed. It took two men to carry it out but only one 5’ 2” powerhouse to knock it out of the park. Simply amazing. I hope you're enjoying the 'Emerald Isle' and that maybe we'll see you here in the UK soon.
