Taking on the entire menu TWICE at MasMais Taqueria in Amsterdam, Netherlands! I had one hour to finish a total of 24 tacos, a double portion of chilequiles, and 2 double caramel flan in order to earn my 180 Euro meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on MasMais Wall of Fame!!!

Thank you to everyone who has watched and enjoyed this video!! I’ve gotten loads of comments about the “mole” statement I made, and I do apologize for the over-simplification. Most renditions of mole I’ve had have been a blend of black bean, coco, spices, and peanut - it’s joyously delicious either way! Cheers, and thanks to everyone who patiently described it in a concise and more accurate way ❤

"...Mole is just like black beans." 😅Mole is a sauce or a stew thickened with myriad ingredients (masa, bread, toasted nuts, crackers). It is of prehispanic origin, and there are dozens of types and thousands of recipes because everyone thinks their Tia or Abuela (Aunt or Grandma) makes the best one. I have only tasted a few kinds, and none of them had beans in them.

Cheese curds are great! My Upper State NY Husband turned me on to fresh cheese curds. So yummy and unique to chew. Fresh, unpasteurized cheese curds are incredible!!

Awesomest challenge ever!! This has to be in the top 4 or 5 of my favorites Katina has done. Hey Katina!! Thanks so muchi for your channel but we can't help but wonder if this particular taco and others food challenge was a top of YOUR favorites. On a final note or two, this is one of the every once in awhile food challenges which seem to encourage us noncompetitive types to try. But more importantly, everything looks and sounds delicious!!
