One tip when you put the cars on the track make sure its a regular straight and put the rerailer on it to not risk derailments when putting trains on the track.

You should always run in new locos,30mins fwd,30mins rev.Gets rid of any hiccups

Btw, Amtrak Goes A MAX (NORMAL) of 79 MPH BUT ON THE NE CORRIDOR THEY GO 129 MPH

do not assume it will not de-rail, because if it does it will fall to the floor and be damaged or destroyed! i have plastic guard rails along the edges of my layout.

The only thing that I don't like about the N scale trains is that if you back up they wont couple together.

If you wanted the train to run FORWARD to the left, couldn't you simply turn the power connection track around?

I have an amtrak ACS-64 set similar to that and when i put on full speed it jumps the tracks lol

is the loco dcc equipped or at least dcc ready?

It comes DC when bought in this beginner set. Is it DCC ready? I believe so but you’d want to look into that first if you’re thinking of buying this. Sorry, not totally sure. ...On a side note, we’ve created a train specific channel. So no more train videos in this personal account. Ive done it before but i would not recommend doing that if you stop at full speed and then got to reverse or off

If you fidn the locomotive going forward when the controller is on reverse, TURN THE LOCOMOTIVE AROUND. It is NOT a dc thing.

Lolll my mom got angry and throw them on ground. The main engine alright but the last two trains have some broken piece and one broke coupler
