Leave him alone about his face he has some really clean nice skin! And fluffy chairs are good n all but when your tryna stay focused u need firmness and comfort looks like a great buy! I have back problems. Lol. Thx for taking the time to give us your brilliant beats and tips. ❤✌

@@badfella511 I ended up getting staples dexley mesh chair. It is similar to hyken but a little wider. I got it for $135 on sale. It is holding up well so far and is comfortable for around 2 hours of continuous work at one stretch. But even though the seat is made of mesh, it is a little hard. I sometimes use a seat cushion on it.

That old chair you have is the exact same one I have too! LOL! It's from Staples for around $100-ish and it's been good but with more WFH these days, I need something better now.

how is the chair on the thighs? I have a Size B aeron and my left thigh I feel major discomfort after awhile. Does the chair allow you to spread your legs out a bit?

Isn’t the back adjustable as well? I believe it moves up and down. Not to be confused with the chair height adjustment

Actually your old chair has an adjustable backrest. The pad can move up or down. I know because I also have one. Like you, I need an upgrade so it is good you made this comparison.

How is the chair holding up? Found this chair in a facebook ad from a brand called Desky selling for $600-$700 AUD and seems like a decent price based on the research I’ve made so far. Has the seat cushion bottom’ed out yet? This is one of my biggest issues from my old chair.

you can adjust the height of the headrest on the hyken (your old chair), but the range is like 5" it's not enough.

My shoulders are constantly rubbing the headrest of the Hyken. Plus, the tension of the back rest could be adjusted from the knob down front, but he said it couldn't :)

@@svillenatanassov I'm 6"4" and I had the same problem. There are instructions online to reverse it and it ads a few inches to it. For me, it's been perfect.

I watched another video review of this chair and the reviewer demonstrated that the entire back of the chair can be raised or lowered to adjust the location of the lower lumbar support area. They also were able to figure out how to adjust the arms by reading the instructions that came with it. I wonder how well the headrest would fit a 6' tall person like myself. I saw your compare chair at staples and sat in it and it was horrible for my height, the headrest on that chair landed at the top of my shoulders. How tall are you? it would be nice to get an idea of how it might fit a taller person.

@@joulefuchs the ergochair pro seems like its just the 2 but renamed so they can charge you more. I heard a lot of bad things about ergochair. The ergo3d looks cool but no lumbar adjustment. I think the better option for ergo3d is quantum workpro 9000. Adjustable back height, tilt lock, 3d arm rest, adjustable depth so the seat comes out front more

In my bedroom studio, I went from a plastic backyard chair to an actual office chair, it’s sooooomuch better. I feel so much more professional. I didn’t go for a gaming chair because of how firm they are. Their a little too flashy for my taste. Although if I get into streaming in the future, I’ll prob end up getting one.

@@coopers1716 my exact thoughts now days. A lots changed in the past 8 months since posting this. I’m all about comfort over fashion. Idc what looks cool, I worry more about the content. I’ve gotten into streaming and use the same chair I bought back when posting this. It’s a regular executive chair but super comfortable.

Is it quite a years down the road? While recording voice overs I don't need some shitty office chair back talking me with squeaks and groans when ever I shift my body weight ever so slightly.

No. I've had this chair for roughly 3 years. 2017 It doesn't squeak but it "pops" when you go from upright to leaning back. If you lock the tilt function during recording I don't think you'll have the issue. My seat cushion is also dead around the butt area to the point im sitting on the seat pan I'm waiting to to see if I can get a replacement. I'm under 150 lbs.

The Storm MK (UK) seems to have a mesh seat. This has all foam

@José I’m not saying this chair isn’t good. But i had to return mine as it’s really uncomfortable for me. It might still suitable for you as everyone is different. But I strongly suggest you try it in a shop before you buy it. I should have done the same. By the way, i finally found a perfect chair for me, Ergohuman. It doesn’t look as nice but most comfortable chair I ever sit on.

To people considering this specific chair - it's suited for people 6 feet tall or shorter. I was stoked to purchase it, then read reviews on Uplifts website. Tall people say the headrest doesn't adjust properly for them. The Ergo 2 Chair is better suited for taller people.

the seat isn't as cushioned as other chairs, but i've actually found that cushion seats really hurt my lower back after a while. it has just enough cushion to not be uncomfortable, and not too much where itll hurt ur back after a while.

Ok nobody replying to any of these chair videos but ill type anyway. This chair seems sweet as. Although im kinda Sus' about the rubber 'elastane' version of it. The one dude that reviewed it called it the ''best chair in the world'' ... coincidently he offered a 7.5% discount to viewers who purchase it so the manufacturer obviously sought him out after he put a humble review up for the mesh model and said to him: ''Look my G, we have a new rubber chair.... I'll give it to you for free if you make a youtube video of it and say its over powered.'' HHHHHMMMMM KINDA SUS! - IMPOSTER HAS BEEN EJECTED But yea at the end of the day... the company sells a leather, mesh, foam and rubber model. The mesh one seems to be the best. Majority of people returned the rubber model in exchange for mesh. XP Learnt - You'll either die a hero, or live long enough to see your self become a promotional seller lol anyway great review :)
