She’s not the last actress. But they ask because she’s one of the few most popular leading actresses. And there are not many of her caliber that have reigned for so long. Most lack longevity! She should be with a man who’s humble, open minded, educated and well travelled. It’s probably best if he’s not born and bred in India.

The break up with Ranbir probably did her more good than harm. I think she nailed this interview and the comments on the page speak volumes about it. I think this is the first page where Katrina hasn't got a single negative comment. Why isn't Alia asked about dating Katrina's ex? Why isn't she asked how she feels about it? Why isn't Ranbir asked how he feels dating a friend of Katrina's.

Kainat Shah people with heart of gold don’t steal other people’s boyfriends, they don’t cause immense heartbreak and pain to others. Wait wait...before you jump in and tell me that Ranbir was not dating Deepika when he fell for Katrina etc etc.. let me tell you, Ranbir and Deepika were very much in a loving relationship when he did his first film with Katrina...and she very well knowing his relationship with Deepika, showed interest in him...aka hit on him (this is something Ranbir said during promotions of Jagga..) and eventually stole him from Deepika causing her much pain and anguish. Where’s the heart of gold???

Moreover, she always put Ranbir down..... hated the fact that she was called as Ranbir’s GF even tho she herself was very successful and going places. Why did she hate being called his Girlfriend? Why was she Always criticizing him? Also, Ranbir loved her to death (and still does) but she was filled with jealousy and also very very self absorbed. It was always about her her and her!! She is the one who broke up with him.

With time i have realised that how you see actors from your perspective is very different from reality. As far as i know, Katrina had no influence of her dad's nationality in her life since he and her mother got separated when she was just a kid and was raised by her mom solely. So undoubtedly she was not leveraged with knowing the language or how the Indian lifestyle and things are. Coming from a different country & background, learning everything by the book isn't a easy thing. It's like restarting your life and she managed to sustain herself for more over a decade. I see actresses with little to no talent or acting skills getting all the awards & bagging best roles. They have been part of this since forever, meanwhile she wasn't. I think Kat deserves so much respect for all the hardwork she put forward in order to stablish her career after all the backlash. Not only that she managed that well but also started a very successful cosmetics venture. She also took the heat for her dating past which shouldn't be the case with anyone. I am glad she's at better place now. But a women is successfull, fulfilled and happy with or without a man.

I really enjoyed the interview. Apart from Katrina's immense intelligence and eloquent voice it seems like she knows something that others don't know.
