It looks amazing. But of course not as a terrace. But a living room. I was expecting something more tropical, more outdoorsy, more cozy and vibrant.

Gauri speaks like a robot reading the script.. doesn't feel like a genuine candid interaction

She has transformed this terrace into living room carpet sofas and cofee table for terrace is quite funny.

It wasn't Gauri doing much work, rather her team members were doing all the brainstorming and hard work. She is just the face.

I liked how Katrina didn't spent a dime on bad interior instead kept it ordinary condition..Gauri mam did great 👍🏻 but not per Katrina Kaif's instructions...it isn't cosy at all..it is making terrace look huger than its original size

Honestly, it looks more like a sitting room than a terrace setting. Terrace should have a cosy swing for the feel. Tea light string on wall instead of lamps that are more for indoors rather than outdoors

grt job done, loved the choice of the whole look BUT I just couldnt see the whole view of the terrace including the roof to actually see the difference how it was totally renovated. The new pergola area, I actually would have made it larger keeping in mind the weather etc. I still dont know how a rug/carpet could be maintained outdoors in an open terrace with the rains or Indian dusty environment. Thankyou so much though, thoroughly enjoy watching all the episodes.

the episodes are shot in such a way that it doesnt look like gauri khan taking inputs and discussing with clients its more like clients letting her do whatever it is she wants and not what they want. the decor doesn't match mexican vibe that client katrina actually wanted. It looks more rehearsed.

Like the remodeling GK has done to KK's terrace, only one thing didn't like that much is they've covered the useful nice small built in ledge pool, it would've added more serenity n tranquility in that space if they turned that pool to a small luxury water lily pond or coy pond with waterfall spillway like a luxury aquatic garden.

You need to do a followup for all these renovations maybe a year from now to see how these stars have maintained the spaces you created. Of course the hair looks nice when we come out of the beauty salon, but what we do with it after the designer or beautician has left, tells the true story of how workable and maintainable the makeover was.

I have some questions. What will happen to the furniture and the cushion during rainy season? And how are the rugs going to be maintained outdoor? Did she remove the water body that was showed in the initial photographs? The overall feel seems good. The use of plants and the lights are very good.

I think balcony is the place where we can just put all the bright colours ,mirrors,green plants and some dream catchers,bright coloured cute tiny planters,string lights ,bells,hanging plants..

Tile selection process was informative. Sofa corner lamps superb combination of light and plant. (though cud not sée properly) solar roof 👍👍 Very good episode 👍

Guys she is an interior designer, won't she have thought of Mumbai rains? Also GK Mam is not for actresses or actors or anyone from film fraternity, she is approachable by anyone who can afford, she has budget interrior designs as well.. here she comes up with persons from film fraternity because we always wanted to see those people on screen so does she.. before GK Mam came as public with her interiors designs she did all trial and error with her own house and that's where she got the confidence that she can do this to anyone from outside as well.. this is open terrace, anytime they can use rain shields to cover up everything...she is a billionaire and there is no need for her to work, but she does and she has given opportunity to so many workers of her team and survival benefits for their family.. Let's not discourage her but yes we can add suggestions, again opinions differs, pls do not take personal, this is my opinion about GK Mam.. Mam you are trend setter and an aspiration for Women 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

My favorite so far…so intricate. Second time solar pergola used. Pergola planned for my patio in mid-2023. Have learned much from Gauri in these episodes and The Designer’s Class.

I wish the grand reveal happens with Gauri Khan on that place. I think she should be there to tell her customers what she has done,why she has done. Gauri did a fantastic job in this show,she really is an amazing artist👏. But I think the concept of the show and the makers kinda was a let down. They never bring Gauri to the place. These are not ordinary people, they are celebrities I think at least she shud be with them, at least when the final product is done. Gauri designs everything from her office till the grand reveal,which also happens her sitting in her office. I don't think if she works like that in real life too. If she does,then its fine. But, if she doesn't ,then I think u shud really take her to the place. I mean she'd definitely visit the place that she designs,at least if there is a special person involved. You nvr show the conversations that she have with her team. She never visits the place, tells the workers that this is how this should be done. There is only narration in the background,not in front. If they had edited the show good, it wud hv been even better. As it looks more like a scripted chat show rather than a natural design show. Because I feel its injustice to Gauri. She puts a lot of hardwork in each project, but we don't see that happening in a 20 minutes show instead u make her sit comfortably in a chair and let her narrate from the teleprompter! So next season plz bring these points in mind. More work, less narration.
