These lyrics hit a deep nerve with me and i'm sure many others. I can relate a lot. You can tell her songs have real substance and come from her own thoughts and feelings which is so refreshing these days, she's academically studied music too and knows what she's doing; no doubt about it, Katy B is an absolute legend and should be reveared a lot more.

I remember waking up just feeling sad and worried for no reason. Just like waking up from a nightmare, but no nightmare. So I went on my iPad (not sponsored by Apple) and then searched up "Crying For No Reason" to see why I was sad. Then I came across this. I wasn't disappointed.

What an amazing song this is! There is so much emotion, so much pain, that can be felt in Katy's voice, especially when she sings the "Forgive me now.." part of the song. Absolutely beautiful!

I saw/ heard this being (advertised?) while I was waiting for another video and usually I would be like, oh great, another stupid ad, sooo annoying, where's the skip button, but when I hear this, this skip button turned up but I was so paralysed by the amazingness of this song I couldn't click it, I was left sitting in my chair gasping for breath, wondering why I had never heard this amazing woman or this amazing song before!

When Covid hit in 2020, I would played this song to help my mental health such as anxieties and depressions. Now i played it ever since. 10 years on and still a fantastic mental health song ❤️👍
