I've seen other pvp videos with people having not uber whale gears like bullet. He's fairly squishy maybe more squishy than a yuna

the reason why he's tanky is Bullet built him with 4hp, like most of frontline units

@@thomassantiago5321 hard to say, since for me I'd use him with atk speed for faster procs of his passive. Maybe cdr would still be good(?) but his skill has the effect of reducing his passive skill haste by 50%. He's new so he has room for experimentation

definitely not, he's good but not broken

A. Shiyoon is actually pretty squishy but still has high eva stat, so he still can stand his ground with supports assisting him. He quickly falls to a bulky backliner like Ifrit. . He's actually a burst bruiser, he instantly kills a soft backline with his enhance strike(his strike hits from the back). The reason why he's standing like tank because of bullet's stacked item, well timed assist overall, especially from the new normal counter's immortality deployment buff.

This.^ Also why Shiyoon is tanky here is because Bullet literally put tank gear on him cause he's so squishy. Plus, his skill uptime is fast due to his passive procs reducing cds to his skills. I agree he's good but his biggest draw back is his 4 crit hits requirement imo. People give him too much credit for being new but in reality he's a bit average or above average

He got lots of benefits from Gear + support, his passive and special is both counter the difference between the two is the passive counter trigger after 4 crit while special is when getting hit by a skill

He can counter Awaken unit so Yes, but you still need a good timing to use him

And since his role is striker, sniper unit can kill him faster

well he will be broken if his hit is higher than that. just like amina who has low crit, cause she hits really hard when crit. that's what make them fun to play. meta, not broken.

@@lanselocher9029 I'm not saying give him insane Hit so he never misses. But 434 is far too low. I'd say if he had around 600 then it would fit more in line with how an awakened unit should feel. The fact he can ult and you see like 3 misses on a target is just awful.
