Kaushiki Chakraborty hails from a family of Hindustani classical singers. Besides, she had a flair for music at the age of 2-years,which was fortunately noticed by her parents. She used to accompany her father from the age of 7-8 years. She vigorously practiced under the guidance of her father. Today she has proven her mettle and acclaimed as genius. Early mornings I hear her songs and I have no words to explain her command and she practically immersed in the performance. Nevertheless she is humble, humane and down to earth personality. Goddess Saraswati has been very kind enough that Kaushiki Chakraborty is blessed with music and education. Her extempore oratory skills are beyond words. I pray to the Almighty to bless her with continued success and glory.
