en général, les artistes qui produisent des sons electro comme kavinsky preferent faire des lives que de mixer, ce qui est une grande différence. Pour prendre exemple, Gesaffelstein en live il tue tout, parce qu'il passe ses sons à lui avec son matos à lui, mais quand il mix avec des CDJ, ils gerent mais sans plus. C'est peut etre pour ca que Kavinsky a du se foirer sur sa transition, c'est pas un DJ hors pair mais un producteur de musique oufissime :)

j'adorai la finesse du travail fait sur 'Signature, c'était un plaidoyer pour la reconnaissance de réelles possibilités créatives des DJ's lors des mixages et, pour le coup, les prouesses dont DJ Mehdi était capable avec un EqXfader+2machines à disques ou autres BAR/Spl... là : planté un replay de 16 mesures infini comme pour permettre aux artistes d'aller cloper dehors (ou à Rocky d'arriver jusqu'au ring), c'est typique du revers auto-infligé par les DJ/producteurs d'éléctro vers 2010 : une autolyse par onanisme au virtualldj...j'ai mal à mon DX-7 et à je pense fort à mon premier lecteur enregistreur K7FisscherPppRice
