Great build man. What was the size of your seat? The frame seems overall more narrow than other bikes so I'm afraid i would buy too broad sear.

It's a drum brake. Mechanical.

the coolant tank is the stainless steel canister, which you can see under the tank

Hi i am also building my own scrambler out of a ER5, u just replaced the carbu air filter with 2 small airfilters. I realised i had to change the needles and jets. But i lack knowledge... i am not a mechanical. Can u help me with what needles and jets i should go, so it runs smoother again?

Dont do that, small airfilters are a pain to tune right... trust me... I did the same and went back to the airbox... if you changed your exhaust, and your ER5 is full 50Hp, then just change the main sprinkler for 115. It's 105 out of factory. I tried to install 2 small airfilters, I switcher sprinkler from 110 to 140... there was always an issue... lost of throttle past 6 or 7k rpm, unstable Idle and so on... was a pain... after 2 weeks of trying to setup, went back to airbox. If you want to install small airfilters you have to buy expansive ones K&N and others... but it will cost you more than 150$ for good ones... it doesn't worth the money and effort, trust me. I really wanted to go with small airfilters, but it's a pain to tune right or it's expensive as fuck...

Ciao il serbatoio del liquido lo ho costruito da nuovo in acciaio Inox da un tubo e 2 fondelli nel video si vedono i pezzi.

anche io ho la stessa curiosità... da quello che ho visto il nuovo serbatoio risulta più basso del punto più alto dell'impianto.... messo così non fa da vaso di espansione...

Prima di tutto devi comprare sella e prolunga tonda poi in base alle misure si taglia La prolunga la trovi in vari negozi su internet ebay o Amazon e la sella stessi siti Io ho preso la sella da 55 cm e un telaietto da 35 cm che poi ho tagliato in misura con la sella
