The KE 100 is the best bike to ride in the Urban jungle period. I live in Los Angeles and I have a 97 KE 100 in near mint condition. I ride it to work on the occasion

Clutch, weight back, compress the suspension! But do realize since its not super powerful it takes more technique and aggressive weight transfer to get the job done. Watch DirtyDaves video if you havent already. That little bounce he does in between throttle rips is the same way I slowly figured it out on mine. Just get outside and keep trying and youll get the hang of it eventually 🙂
