How you blocked clutch so you can tight clutch hub bolt? I can tighten it cuz It’s spinning and i don’t want to break the thread

Hello, my 1990 KX 80 has the weridest clutch feel and always stalls when letting go. Plates are in check and look good as well as the basket. I was wondering on the clutch pusher if there is a bearing

See if the screw for the plate the springs are on are to tight and I need help do I need to have it in a certain gear to do them

I got everything installed. I cannot line the clutch up to put the cover back on.

Make sure the lever on the case is in the correct position, and it should be fine. Good luck!

My son has a 93 kx 80 I will pull the clutch in and put it into gear the bike will jump and turn off while the clutch is pulled in

Souds like you need to adjust your clutch cable. If that doesn't work i would inspect the clutchbasket, a "groovy" one might couse that problem. Good luck! :)

I couldn’t remove the nut from the impeller how do you lock it up? It kept turning as I was trying to take it off.

Please tell me the size of the clutch discs , I have a motorcycle in 1992, the original discs are no longer there. Or tell me analogs, thank you

To be sure you get the correct clutch for your bike is to go to a shop or website and buy the clutch as a package. Make sure to replace the steel plates and springs while your at it.

Have a kx85 2003 big wheel that is having clutch issues. It is really hard to get it in neutral and if I do it pops out. If I start in neutral when I try to put in gear it dies

Hi Tony, If the it is hard to shift gears, and the bike dies when you put it in gear your clutch just might be dragging. Adjust the clutch lever so it has 2-3 mm of free play (@6:29). If the clutch drags you might hit "false neutral" more often wich is when the gear does not fully disengage. With the engine turned off, put it in gear and then move the bike back and forward (not very hard), then shift it again. / Victor
