The most probable reason for crank breakage is that the guy rev very hard without cold start at initial time period.🤔

I am also opening kawasaki Ninja 300 but it depends upon how u care about maintenance cold start warming up redlining engine should not be done till 1600 KMS

Wrong information 👎👎 sirf 3 months old engine oil bike start na hone se kharab nahi hoti. During lockdown I also have parked my bike for a long time sometime didn't even warm the engine up. Iska kuch aur kahani hai

Mera 50,000 km chal chuka hai, no such issues, bike actually runs 10,000 km after an oil change. Engine sieze hoga agar exhaust lagake redline karoge aur coldstart theek se nahi karoge.

Sonu bhai aap ache mechanic hain isme koi shak nahin hai lekin isko bike chalani aur care karni nahin aati isme bhi koi shak nahin hai. Isne bike ko clutch chor ke band kiya test ride ke baad isse pata chalta hai ki yeh care hi nahin karta.

Ap pls ye batayen ki engine parts local market mein nahi milte kya? N ab yoh Ninja ke parts india mein manufacturing hote hai toh itna costly kyun hai spares? Cost toh reduce jo gayi thi sabh parts ki ..mera budget kam hai n want to buy a sports bike ..RC 390 yan Ninja 300 4 lacs mein a jaayenge lekin spare parts itne costly hai toh Ninja mein nahi le sakta...pls suggest karen

The reason of this bikes engine failure is not servicing it on time. The bike needed oil change and you took it on ride yeh toh hona hi tha. Kabhi bhi bike ko lambay samay tak khada kr rahe ho to uska oil change kro chlane c pehle.

Bro ek question please answer me! RC 200 BS3 me koi dusre bike ka clutch cable lag sakta hai kya? Koi bike bata dijiye jiska same size/fit ho Mere area me mil nahi raha iska clutch cable. Online bhi dekhe par wo sahi hai ya nahi ye nahi samajh aa rha

You just rebuild the engine an you are giving full accelerator without runing it in idle for at least an hour😂😂😂. I gurantee this engine wont last 10000 km. Rebuild engines should not be revved fully till 2000 km. Should always try to ride below 4 or 5 thousand rpm till first 500 km

You should get your bike 1 time every year to authorised service centre,they will find the fault which you will regret after doing local service.2 service must be there comprehensive in authorised station and basic like oil to local mechanic

Just read the owner manual carefully until you understand it then follow step by step. It will serve you for 30 years also as long as you can maintain it.

@@kitzmawniuh2640 Not at all, manual will not provide you any guarantee that your bikes engine will be good ,it is only for the basic terms,you have to gain experience ,timely services, understand your bike, 1 start for 5 min in 1 week is good and if any issue is coming try to check that in early stage and it will be all good 👍😊And 1 thing is not to revv your any petrol vehicle before 30 seconds of start. Hope it helps 🙏🙏

6 chizo ki dhiyan rakhna humesha bike me problem nahi ayegi 1. Best engine oil 2. engine oil filter 3. air filter 4.best coolent 5. 10 min minimum cold start (on ideal) 6. warmup evey time(on ideal)
