Idk about a 13mph gain by adding a b pipe but u will love it. I love mine on my fx1 and just put a mod chamber on my b1 blaster. Got to get it tuned in next weekend

I have a question for you since you have posted expansion chamber videos before. I have a 91 superjet with ada heads 165psi, 61x 62t motor, and a concord 9/15. When I got the donor ski it had a Coffmans Sizzler exhaust. I have come to discover that the exhaust is sort of a hodge podge of parts. The lower manifold is a port matched 650 manifold, the upper is a 701 manifold (I think), the expansion chamber is a kawasaki sizzler off of a 650sx which has two more ribs than the yamaha version making it two inches longer, also the taper is different so I have to run the water bung upside down, it however works fine and fits in the hull. The way I understand, expansion chambers that are longer provide more lower end hit as the sound wave takes longer to travel back. What are your thoughts on this? Given its a 61x/62t it should have adequate bottom end already not to mention the sizzlers are known for bottom end hit with just 3 ribs. Any input is appreciated, also the x2 is looking sick!

RequiemFiasco the chamber lot to do with all range of throttle but equally is the head pipe my factory head expands 2x as fast as the stock head

Another thing you could have the best exhaust in the world but it won't run at peek performance if the motor pipe and water box temp is right for the application wet for bottom dry for top water boils at 215

The Kaw factory brochure claimed a 36 mph top speed for an early X2 with the small carb, so you're stretching the truth a bit....

The shinny none painted one is a factory b pipe. The painted one is a home boy build

I’m digin the exhaust! Expansion chamber looks custom made do u got some measurements on that? I’m thinking about trying to build one to run off the factory pipe head pipe like you did in my x2 also since I have access to a tinner shop where I work

Just lookin for the size diameter of both the sides of the cones roughly and just the height of the cones and the length of the middle cylinder piece, example 3 3/4” x 6” H 8”, middle 7” long, end cone 6” x 2” H 13”
