I am looking to buy a 19 H2 SX SE, also considered the 1000SX and 1000XR, but deep down I want the H2 SX SE so will have to wait a bit longer. All are pretty awesome, I would like to know if the H2 SX SE is similar in seating position to the 1000SX as there are no H2 SX SE locally for me to sit on or test ride. I am considering a 19 w 1000km on it, mint w bags owner just not using

Just finished a 7 day, 3000 mile road trip on my Z H2 (2 days were under 100 miles), 35.5mpg average over the trip with some over 40 sections and some around 25 lol. Stunningly effective at putting down the miles, I'm not sure the SX would have been any more comfortable due to rider triangle differences favoring the Z. Kawi needs to fix 85mph indicated cruise control maximum. IT's frankly, the worst thing about these bikes for touring.

I got a H2 SX SE 2019. Man this thing rocks... Got many hyperbikes before but this bike is not from this planet!!! Absolute georgeous bike and tech. They made it save to ride in 99% of the time and if you want to know it... It cracks the sky... Ride save fellas! ✌️😉

DRIVING THE H2SXSE PAST 2 YEARS . ABSOLUTELY STUNNING MACHINE ,FEELS -HONESTLY LIKE AN ELECTRIC BIKE - STUNNING ACCELERATION IN THE REAL WORLD. ITS LOOKS MAY NOT BE FOR EVERYONE BUT THESE 2 WHEELS WILL CERTAINLY STIR THE SOUL.

AND as all the other supercharged kawis, just get it flashed, so it keeps those butterflies open all the way to redline. gives about 40-60 hp more. :-)

@Justin Schupp If you do have a warranty issue can't you just send your ECU back to your tuner to switch it back to stock? I'm sure they save the map/settings....unless there is a way for Kawasaki to see it's been altered in some way.

And now the H2sx re-flash for a reasonable prices, you end up with a machine with 260 HP at the back wheel, by only putting MRX-12 in the tank and flipping a switch. 😍😍😍😍😍👍

There arent many videos of the zh2 yet, will you be doing a more detailed review? Im one of the few who seem to love the look of the bike. Its on my list of litre bikes to check out later in the year. Its a heavy bike at 240kgs. Does it feel heavy when riding it?

No, it doesn’t feel heavy - at least no heavier than most big nakeds. It’s no svelte lightweight, but comparable to many other big four cylinder bikes.

I’d seriously think of buying the Z H2, but I saw one on the Kawasaki stand at the Phillip Island WSBK and honestly, the muffler and front end are a big turn off for me. I’ll stick with my Z900RS Jaffa. I know what 200 HP is like because I’ve been on the PIRD S1000RRs at PI and it’s a real adrenaline rush, but like I say, a bikes got to look good as well. Maybe I’ll change my mind though..

When you ride the ZH2 and get to about 6/7000rpm the torque is just immense... the 1000's won't be able to touch that midrange shove! Get a test ride if you can :)

as a Z1000 owner, I had such high hopes for the Z-H2 but that front end design is really disappointing. Way too much front cowling to be considered a "naked bike". If they would have had a headlight that swiveled with the forks as a proper naked bike should, this would have been a world beater. But instead it's just an uglier H2 with motocross bars.

If anyone has ridden both which gives a more comfortable upright ride? I ok the ZH2 out and it’s very comfortable for longer or short rides

Malcolm Moxon at lower speeds the Z H2, longer rides at higher speeds the fairing of the SX comes into its own.

Cycle Torque I am currently riding a ZZR14 but sadly getting shoulder and neck aches now after an hour so tested the ZH2 which obviously was more upright and didn’t give me issues. I haven’t ridden the SXSE yet so that’s still an unknown. Thanks for the help

Title is misleading. More h2sx compared to h2 and h2r. Less time talking about the h2r and more on what's in the title would have gotten a like from me.
