The thing that's nice about the 400 is it's really light and you feel like you're doing something to get the speed. You really get to ride the hell out of it in a way you don't really on a heavy, powerful bike.

Just rode my '22 Z900 200 miles today. My brother rode his new Z900RS with me. Both excellent machines. By the way, this is a fantastic video. Nothing like it anywhere, thanks !!!

Great video. The biggest difference between 125 and 400 :-) I personally ride ER-6 which is basically the Z650 predecessor :-)

yep, would be nice to also test the ER-6. It should be little bit faster than the new one

With the exception of the expressway, the highest speed limits near my house are 55mph. So this confirms what I already knew. If I plan to follow the law it doesn't really matter so much if I have a z650, z900, or zh2.

@@PapaOrlando yes sir, I bought it 3 weeks ago. If you are a beginner then put it on rain mode. It will deliver 65% power. This bike is fun to ride😃

@mototop_ I plan on getting a z400 or z500 for my first bike gonna start out just around my neighborhood as it's slow speeds alot of stop signs and low speed turns aswell so it'll be a good area to start out

Z900rs cafe would have been nice, just to see if the bikini fairing makes much of a difference. The z9's get an extra 10hp with an ECU flash and full exhaust system. Might have to drop a z900 motor in my cafe for a 20hp jump. Great vid, I am sure if you stuck a seperate vid up with z900 vs z900rs and included some japanese writing (ドラッグレース) in the tittle there fb groups would make it viral. Stick the H2 on the end for good measure. ✨️

I’m new to motor biking so have no clue to be honest, just bought a Z400, to attempt those 0-100 times do I sit with revs around 6000 and just let clutch flip out ? Thanks

no, please don't flip the clutch. You have to release it more smoothly. And rpm should be around 8k, and while releasing clutch you try to stay there.

from 0 to 200 the ZH2 is a lot faster, but not on the 1/4 mile

I’m impressed Z900 has same 0-100 as the ZH2, but ZH2 way faster to 200 though

yep, start of the ZH2 was not so good. Maybe could have done it little bit better without launch control, but it's not easy. And you have to consider that ZH2 has more weight.

something is wrong with 1/8 mile time for Z H2 - all rest times and speeds are better then Z900 but you get 7,4 for Z H2 and 7.2 for Z900

Just counting the frames in video editing software, and verified with Qstarz BL-1000GT and QRacing software.

These are inaccurate the bikes are way faster 0 to 100kmh a vulcan 650s is a cruiser bike with the ninja 650 motor and that does a 4.3s to 0 to 100 kmh weighing 500lbs these bikes are more than 100lbs lighter
