Firstly, I apologise for the audio on this one. I have tried as best I can to clean it up, but I will need to invest in a better microphone.
I picked up this Natureline Osprey kayak on Facebook marketplace for $20!! And boy was it in a bad way. Here I will show you how you can take something that looks absolute garbage, and turn it back into something that resembles it's former glory. I am no boat builder, just a hobbyist, but hopefully you can see that it's reasonably easy to do an OK job.

It must be incredibly satisfying to have taken this kayak from its original condition to the final restoration. Great work.

Yeah it was great. I really liked that little kayak. I eventually had to sell it because I have too many 😂

can you share what supplies you used for this restoration and possibly include links? i thought i heard..flock coating the seat?

Excellent video. I certainly didn't see what you saw in the kayak to begin with. Can't even recognise it as the same kayak when you finished.

Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it. It's hard work but rather satisfying isn't it? What kayak will you be tackling?

@@timgriffiths4793 I recently bought a 530, since I have a 580 and a 730 I wanted to complete the set haha. Anyway, the cockpit size is different and my legs are 2cm too long :( so I need to sell it
