@@numbchomskull It's the same jetboat that picked them up. These jetboat crews are trained to do class 6 rapid rescues. Every year some tourists fall in the river, the jetboats are the ones who fish them out.

The devils hole rapids are not class 6 and we launch off the jetboats so it’s allowed. Launching from shore is not allowed under Niagara Parks bylaws.

Devil's hole is class 5. Those jetboat tours go all the way up to the whirlpool.
