She actually looks good and sounds healthy. It appears that she did the weight cut professionally and methodically. Honestly, kayla wore A LOT of access muscle her entire career. Kayla could easily be a natural 135lber leaned out without depleting herself. It was more finding a way to lean out a lot of that bulk muscle.

Are you sleeping? Kayla was gigantic in the PFL. She's not a tall woman, 135 is her natural weight. That extra 20lbs she carried wad straight bulk muscle. She's probably going to feel better and be much quicker at 135.

She did a very good job. Taking an answering questions. I just wish some of these people that were going to ask questions would pay attention to what people are saying because she got asked the same thing multiple times. And some of the stuff she was asked has no bearing on the fight. I always wondered if that frustrated people that were taking questions, If they just got really frustrated with the repativeness of some people.

I don't think cutting to 135 will be a problem for her. Short/stocky people have much easier weight cuts. Most annoying build for cutting weight is being long and lanky because that mass is bone lol She’s got the frame; she’s just ripped. Prob gonna be a no-fun cut, but 99% of weight cuts are no-fun

I hope her kidneys dont fail cutting weight tomorrow, In the PFL she was a 155lb fighter. She is dropping down two weight devisions to 135lbs. She was a PFL champion, so she was definitely cutting weight to make 155lbs she probably sits around 175lbs if i would geuss. Dangerous weight cut should not be happening. Smash that Holly Home money line though who is almost a 4 to 1 underdog going into this fight.
