The Honda is better and more reliable, but the kayo is still a great bike 👍

Yep, and nearly $4000 Dollars more..not sure how much more reliable, I've had mine just over a year with no problems.

Honda has alot more power. This vid dont show it. But its not even close. And suspension is deff not even close. Not to mention the heavy metal frame on Chinese bikes

@@trey5153 What part of “not a motocross bike” didn't you see? Believe it or not, when you ride trails you don't need to go 75 miles an hour, and again, the bike is half the price, and if anything for half the price the Honda shouldve lapped it immediately, definitely wanted as fast as the Honda but the Honda didn't double the speed.

The crf has more power because it has electronic injection and the kayo, for a motorcycle that costs less than half, does not lag behind, good power for its cost

Exactly..plus the Honda is lighter with a lighter rider.

The Kayo is fuel injected. I’m assuming it’s a Kayo K6.

I have the same bike and the kayo you need to upgrade with a nibbi cdi and nibbi coil and other park plug you will see

Honda wasn't getting all its power down. Loose sand gravel or mud will make more powerful bikes spin and create a bigger rooster tail. On tarmack, im sure the difference would he a bit bigger

@@oldrustyrelic9121 We have done this many times since posting this video well over a year ago...and you would be surprised by how close it is...normally a little less a bike length..and yes we did some on pavement and hardpack clay...the Kayo just is not that bad a bike...just a little heavy and a little lightly suspended ( p.s. my version was the MX version with a carb..it smokes the EFI versions)

Were they both liquid cooled? I know kayo makes an air-cooled 250 and a liquid cooled 250. There will be a significant power difference there.

This was my Kayo K6-R 250 dual over head cam, liquid cooled, carb 250cc vs a 2021 Honda CRF250R..He gets me a little,but he weights about 60lbs less on a bike that is easily 20lbs lighter...so I say my Kayo is plenty stout for most guys.

@Dirt_Bike_Dave thanks for the info. These kayo are growing on me. Also, the Honda is EFI and the not sure if the 2021 models have it, but they have launch controll. Still, your Kayo performed very well.

🤣🤣 no..no...but it's closer than most think...this engine is on par with a Suzuki 250 in my experience of owning it 2 yrs now.

Only the K6 ones...the K4 stuff are play bikes...I've had mine 1.5 years with no problems except a lost bolt that backed out....The EFI version requires more maintenance of the fuel filters and injector..but still reliable bikes.
