Sir you should try visiting some ancestral houses in Caraga region. Konti lang pero may existing. Meron din famous house sa Cabadbaran City. I always wanted to go there but cant find any time and dont have any contacts sa LGU. But it is open for tours and to the public yung bahay. Meron din sa ibang karatig na syudad.

Ang Machuca Tile Company ay tinatag ni Jose Machuca noong 1903 and it is existing until now at ang kanyang great grandchildren ang namamahala. Ang Machuca tiles nila ay gawa pa rin sa original na makapal na colored cement. Kasi parang hindi po alam ni sir na ang Machuca Tile Company ay nag-eexist pa hanggang ngayon.
