If you seperate islam from sufism it becomes kufr, if you seperate sufism from islam it become dry. Sufism is the heart of islam, praising Allah s.w.t and loving his great messenger Muhammed s.a.w. as much as possible, not only with believing them, but also expressing it with the heart, the tongue, the body, and the soul. May Allah guide you brother. (of course there are tarikat that went totally wrong, but those are not muslims anyway)

Уважаемые братья Мусульмане! Будьте пожалуйста поосторожнее с такими словами. Поясняю: Зикр можно читать про себя, можно в слух, можно читать когда лежишь, можно когда сидишь, а можно и в движении. То, что практикуют эти Братья называется: Громкий Зикр в Движении. С удовольствием присоединился бы. С уважением от Казахов.

I can help with that. In this session that are saying 'illAllah' (but/just Allah) from the chest. But this session is an exercise (hadra) where the do this. Sometimes, in the same hadra, they say la ilaha ilAllah with the breath. For beginners just start with saying la ilaha ilAllah normally as much as you can. The more you practice, you will begin to say it with your heart, rather than just the tongue.

Hell reigned there, Paradise rose to heaven, and Kul Khoja Ahmet, what did you know? - There is Allah who informs."

I am muslim who follow the main scripture ie Alquran and sahih hadis. This practice is innovation(bida'h) in islam as any other religion has their own innovation from the main scripture. So it is not part of muslim teaching as is not been taught from alquran and example from beloved prophet Muhammad peace be upon him(SAW) to practice(zikir) like this. Reference from alquran an nisa(chapter\surah) 4 : verse 59 O believers! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. Should you disagree on anything, then refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is the best and fairest resolution.
