For Valentina's Celestial Judicator wallpaper, I'm pretty sure she's punishing Sun in his Collector skin, Wicked Flames, form! Even one her voice lines mentions trapping someone under a mountain for 500 years. (That's how Sun Wukong was punished according to mythology-)

@Ronin-editz Sun Wukong has been depicted with a tail in a lot of media, especially nowadays. In Mobile Legends, he definitely has one for his regular model and Collector skin. I admit that the tail is pretty different from the Wicked Flames one, but the hair and armor are pretty much the same.
