(db3+4) 24 frame low stomp with no damage gotta be the most useless heat move ever lol. Why dafaq would I risk throwing out -19f on block low with zero damage, while Ling getting heat Hypnotist low sweep that's -12f on block.

That's why I just mentioned it but don't recommend to spend heat for this. But sometimes you do need these random stuff to surprise good playwrs
