I thought it wasn't possible to get 3x electric into df1,2? how do you do that? just good timing on the last DEWGF?

It's possible to bound with DF1,2 if you're a little bit off axis on the right. You also need to micro dash after the DDEWGF.

I still don't get the pewgf. you held forward for 4 frames, shouldn't df+2 counterhit into electric only work if the forward and neutral are one frame?

Don't look at the 4frames because that's just a buffer for the electric. PEWGF has to be 13F for it to launch after DF2

@@Keptyouwatinghuh but i thought you couldnt buffer the move becuase of the stance mechanic kazuya has. you can buffer the wind god step stance?

It's hard at first, but you'll get used to it. It gave me good finger dexterity as well.
