Ken take it from a guy who lost about 100 lbs in his adult life, carnivore, Atkins, etc are all just fads. Only way to truly keep weight off is to learn balance.
@brennanbourne7 ай бұрын
100%! Unfortunately, not surprised he took this route. From 3-4 plates at a buffet plus desserts to only animal products, moderation doesn't seem to be a forethought. As someone who has suffered from an eating disorder and also lost 120lbs, cutting out whole food groups isn't the solution!

Hey Ken! You shouldn’t have to put warmers in with your MacBook. MacBooks can safely store down to -24C (they have to cover their butts so closer to -34C). As long as it is in the backpack, it would be fine without heat. The problem occurs when you bring a really cold device into a warm place too quickly or try to use it that cold. The heatpacks get really hot in a small area which can cause problems with the display. Anyways, cheers!

Ken thinks that just because you're on a carnivore diet, you'll lose weight. However, this isn't true. Weight gain and weight loss is dictated by calories. You can eat bread all day and still lose weight if you're under the calorie deficit. You can eat meat all day but still gain weight if you're in surplus. Also, just eating meat can be unhealthy. Meat doesnt have all your essential vitamins and minerals you require for optimal health. You need vegetables, fruits, etc. Hopefully, he's at least supplementing daily.

My first experience going to the Red Lobster was well before the Red Lobster was even popular. My now ex-wife and I went to Florida in 1978 and that’s when I first experience the Red Lobster and fell in love with it. They were mostly located in Florida at that time but we located one on our way home up near the Syracuse area and stopped there as well. Since then, of course, they’ve become a popular chain. We have one in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Although I have to admit, it’s too busy most of the times for me to go there. And it’s been quite some time since I’ve been to a Red Lobster. I’ll have to find one in another location where it’s not quite as busy and have a nice steak and lobster with a shrimp cocktail and baked potato. Also love those cheese flavoured rolls that they have. They are to die for!
