I don’t like how the writer made CEO recognize her as DoRa basically, but Pilsung didn’t. He only found out because of her tattoo

No, that is not true. It's the other way around. The tattoo only confirmed his suspicion, after he saw DR through JY many times. And because he is a cautious man, he talked to her grandmother and requested genetic testing after seeing the tattoo. Then you might wonder 'why didn't he recognize her at first sight?' It's just because the writer wanted the first scene PS seeing DR to be when JY reads DR's lines of the script of the drama PS and DR worked together. It would be more dramatic than any other, because PS and DR were a couple but also co-workers, an assistant director and the leading lady. OK, it's not official, there is no interview with the writer about it. It's just a guess, but I'm pretty sure.
