I've only watched bits of the episode so far, .but I just felt bad for Park Myung-soo here. I usually appreciate savagery, but it just didn't seem appropriate when the lady brought up his kid's attention deficit problems at school or Myung-soo's sexual problems at home. It seems low-blow even by variety standards, and especially humiliating for men.

Exactly, and there's no possible equivalent for it that he could retort with either...it's not like you can say, "Oh, I heard that she complains of a headache at night...every night" or something like that in a derogatory manner; the onus of that joke would still fall on her husband for "failing to satisfy her" etc. He probably didn't want his kid's AD problems to be widely publicised either, so I agree with you on both points.

She never said the kid was diagnosed with ADD, she said short attention span and that her own kid is like that as well. I'd be very surprised if they had not already discussed beforehand that she would tease him and about what.

I've seen people complain about the meme part but I mean you gotta understand that this is a korean show, their not trying to satisfy you but their korean audience, it's probably really fun for the korean viewers to guess.

As a Korean, no, it's not funny. The women are so annoying, illogical, and hypocritical. Unfortunately, most of korean women act like them. That's not just a TV show, it's real.

The women were funny but they should be more secure of themselves, and trust their husbands more. Like jealousy is cute sometimes, to an extent, but controlling who your partner hangs out with and their jobs is crazy.

everyone is literally hating on these women, but I actually enjoyed this episode. It was very funny!! Korean women, specifically have this mindset, and I, too, actually agree with them, because I'm a Korean. If you don't like these women's way of thinking, I personally think that you're hating on our culture.

Gina Song if you're going to agree with these double standards, then you're going to have to agree that it's okay if men say women should stay at home and be housewives because it's the same thing; it's unfair and ridiculous that you think women can do certain things but if men do those same things, they're considered animals or have no self-control. this isn't a war against Korea, it's a fight for equal rights.

Gina Song I personally don't believe that just because you are disagreeing with the women automatically means that you are disagreeing with the culture. Not every Korean woman feels the same way as they or you do (I'm a Korean and my mom doesn't agree with the beliefs expressed by these women but that doesn't mean she disagrees with their culture). And I don't see the necessity to hate these women as we don't know the extent to which these are scripted but based off of what i saw, I'm going to say extremely hypocritical and delusional to think that no man can control himself from sexual desires and every woman can do so.

Well if you prided yourself with a 'culture' that support abusive marriage and relationship, then you do you. But if I were you, I would have fought as hard as I can to change it, because culture doesnt have to be abusive and biased between genders for it to be called unique and beautiful

To the haters for this particular episode, The show is "Happy Together" so if you cannot be happy watching, just stop watching. I've been such a big fan of the show for more than 10 years already - I started watching back in 2018 (the show actually started ways earlier). There were times when I thought the guests, or the MC were being too mean, but then, so what? I still enjoy watching it ... *everything about the show is just to entertain people, sure some won't like it, but then, so what?

You know for a fact that if the guys said those double standards bull, all the netizens would jump on them until they forcefully apologize. Although I understand that the traditional Asian culture is different and the relationship between the sexes is different than in Western culture, but the "progressive" public should also condemn sexism from female celebrities also.

I don't know what you meant by American women think the same but Asian women are generally more submissive than European women, and that's because historically, women's role were to be subservient to the head of the family. Plus, America is a melting pot of cultures, that's why I wrote Western, such as Scandinavian countries.

Stop the hates The women are hilarious and they surely knows how to make the show funny Esp Jung Sia and Baek Dobin couple. They are a loving couple. If you watch 'Oh My Baby', you might know that they have a very lovely family with Jung Sia and her daughter being the vitamin of the family. Baek Dobin really adores teasing his wife as well ^^

Every girl who commented bad things about the ladies. All I could say is You might also become like that in ur middle age if u marry a male star. This is natural. When u see urself getting old and ur husband doing hot scene with young and beautiful girls then if u don't complain or divorce. Then I don't even know if u love him enough to get jealous.... Enjoy doing these comments while u are Unmarried and Young😂😂 Anyways this a Comedy show and I personally find it very funny.
