That's true, but it seems like she really wanted to model, especially since she was crying. So part of me feels like she should really change her position and ask to be a full time model and direct on the side IF that's what she really wants. Idk if that's possible, but she could challenge again to audition for more modeling positions.

actually is depend who the boss is... I kinda lucky like Jimin, having manager & boss who able to give me many chances to step many new things and learn it along their guidance. that's why sometimes watching this remind me in the past, when my manager mad at me, reminding me when I wrong... having boss that remind & point to your mistake is already a good boss in my book, because they know you can do it, but you need to struggle on it, next time it happen you know how to tackle it.

Hyunmoo's joke was disrespectful when someone was deeply emotional and crying. Boss Kim is a true leader! She led her wings spread as long as they were meant to fly. When the team said, ' Go Jimin, ' means they belive in her even though it's her 2nd debut after this 5 years long. It's not easy for soft-hearted persons like Jimin when there are many rejections in the industry especially when there are so many freaking models these days. However, as talented as Jimin will get a place as she deserves. Yeah, I wasn't comfortable or happy that he kept mentioning money savings when CEO Kim was being really heartfelt and sincere. Even if it was for comedy, it didn't seem like the right moment since others were genuinely listening to CEO Kim's thoughts.

Sometimes I wonder if they can just change to another MC. He can hardly make any appropriate joke, I think most of the time he's just being mean to the guests 😒😒. I'm glad Kim Seok has changed and become more supportive and funny to the bosses 😊

i love Boss Kim!!! she isn't afraid to take risks and she cares for her employees and talents also i understand that the MC Hyunmoo is trying to be funny but sometimes i think there really is a time and place for that even if you are creating a show...it gets a bit annoying when all you're trying to be is "funny" and rude at the same time

I started crying when Jimin said she was holding back. Her dream is right in front of her but she has so much responsibilities. CEO Kim is an awesome bossfor giving her a chance. Jimin PD must've gave up on modelling but there she is! I bet they're both grateful to each other. Fighting!

As someone who had to leave my industry because of health problems, that silence toward the end spoke volumes. The opportunity CEO Kim gave Jimin was so much more than another chance to dream. I'm 100% sure she will remember this moment as a defining, pivotal point in her life. To date, I have found nothing that compares to the moment you realize "Ah, I still have the ABILITY to do this" after beating yourself up into believing you just didn't have the competency anymore. That bittersweet happiness defies words. It's numbing. Even if Jimin does not pursue modeling too deeply after this campaign, I hope this event instills confidence in her as a director and gives her the courage to work towards whatever new goals she has set for herself.

I do understand your sentiment but since this is a variety show .. he was trying to keep character. It was his way of validating whether CEO Kim made Jimin the model to keep cost at a minimum. Also, there might be that so called "script" :)

Once or twice it was funny, but it got redundant and even though the other MC Sook asked him to apologize he insisted it was because of sales which felt like (to me) he was too proud to just say 'sorry'

She choose stability over her dream. that's sadly how life works. I'm sure she loves her directing job but modeling is her passion. I totally understand her feelings as I am doing the same thing. Though I am content with my decision, it wasn't my plan A. She looks beautiful and I'm so happy she got this chance.

Ah :( it IS hard to make choices for your dreams and life. Sometimes we need to put our dreams on hold for many reasons and I know that what Jimin chooses are what's she thinks the best for her. If she continues to be a model too, I'll support her because I believe she still has the spirit to be a model after all these years. She'll do great:(

It was really getting annoying and childish. I get that his part might be to play the villain but you gotta fit it in where it first. I also feel like sometimes he rides her too harshly, especially the beginning. I got tired of the ‘she loves to eat’ “jokes”. Either I got good at zoning him out or he toned it down. When esteem social media posted these pictures and Jimin started posting her modelling pic and her endorsing this nail product, I felt so happy for her. I was so in joy because how great she looked. But after watching this, there's this heartwrenching moment that made me cry. As someone that already work in Fashion business as an MUA, I never thought a lot about their hardships, and I am disappointed in myself for not recognizing that. I hope Jimin will continue as a model, part time. And I am glad that she has an amazing boss like CEO Kim.

Seeing how much CEO Kim cares for employees like that made me tear up a bit too. It just creates even deeper respect between her and her employees and for us, as viewers, we can see just how trustworthy she is. So much respect going around is so nice to see rather than the typical hierarchal relationships between bosses and employees.

I’m a fan of Jimin and I do feel for her, it does seem like she wants to model but she was just suddenly asked to and given lots of pressure. When boss Kim started crying, my tears welled up too. I completely understand the feeling of having to makes choices where you have to give up on your dreams. It crushes a part of you forever. You can tell she's a good woman. And Jimin is very beautiful!

CEO Kim is the best boss ever! She's very supportive of her colleagues and let them flaunt their talents in every chance she could get. The warm gaze she has while watching Jimin just proves how pure her intention was to let Jimin do what she's been longing for.

It's common humor to tease and make fun of certain things in Korean variety/reality shows like these. You'll get used to it if you watch a lot of these, and for better or worse, you'll find them funny sometimes.

@@anothereden6673 it doesn't mean that it's been practiced long and has become a normal thing, it makes it ok and not worth calling out, the more we should not normalize such things. Entertainment like any industry should evolve even with how humor is

I find that in Korean shows there is usually always brute and in your face kind of humor. If that kind of humor is what people like then why would a show stop using jokes like that, their ratings might go down if they suddenly get rid of those types of jokes. I'm not saying that it's in the best intention when comedians and hosts use this humor, but I just doubt they'll stop. Also correct me if I'm wrong, but I though Boss Kim actually smiled when Hyunmoo made the joke.

Rewatching and I just love how Kim Sunghee is so supportive. She doesn't have to do that or be present. She's a top model but she's willing to help her colleagues in this cutthroat business.

junyoung looks like wayv winwin so much, and also i applaud him bc he did it in one take! i am so proud of jimin, after a long time, with the help of boss kim, she chased her dream! i would want to see her in more photoshoots bc she really deserves more.

I teared up during Jimin's interview 😢 she faded from the spotlight and became comfortable in the background, but I really do think she could stay somewhere in between 🥺 don't hide your shine, Jimin 💕💕💕

I really liked jimin pd ever since her first appearance. She was just so attractive. And when i knew she was actually no.1 in ktm before, Ive always wondered why she quit. It must've been really hard for her :( Just like what the host said, I have grown attached to her so i was really rooting for her as well. CEO kim was very kind to give this opportunity to jimin and even make her the brand model if the deal gets extended. I'm so happy for her 😭 This team is really perfect. Strict yet warm.

Seriously, the amount of respect I have for Boss kim is tremendous! In such a harsh industry, how she has stood her ground is really ground breaking ! But, she still has her caring side to her. Really, she is such a loving & respectful woman ! & Seeing Jimin in this ep made us all emotional 🥺 Thank u boss-nim for being there for jimin 💚

I literally cried. Omg this is best scene I've seen in boss in the mirror. I know what it like to give up on something you truly love doing. It's maybe because the situation is tough. But, that will always in your heart. I've loved that. What I'm doing now? Thoughts like that hunt you everyday. And that made me cry. Jimin is such bold and beautiful woman. I wish her best luck.
