Aawww the way kai stood up for the girl after the MC called her fat. Girls are really pressured nowadays to be skinny and if they are skinny they are pressured to put on weight, which causes diseases and insecurities. Just got even more respect and love for jonging/kai.

I'm not a Kai fan but I feel like he's legitimately one of the nicest people out there. I thought it was really nice of him to stand up for the girl. As opposed to Chanyeol, who's despite all the shit he says and does (like when he laughed when the MC commented on the girl's weight) still my bias. But I'd seriously like to fly to Korea and teach him how to treat people properly...I don't know, it just irks me. Which IS the main reason Lay's higher on my list than Chanyeol is.

Grace M D Just because you laugh doesn't mean your playing into it. I've been in situations where I didn't know how to react so it seems like the only thing to do, out of nervousness, not so much because I found it funny. Not to mention they can't just stop and tell off the interviewer. They did not further it. It was the interviewer and only the interviewer.

i actually popped in a class reunion at a hotel just to say hi to my teachers. They were like who are u, where did u study and where do u work now. I got a lot of satisfaction where I replied I was one of the students always in last place, just came back from studying and working overseas and now working as a regulator. muwahaha

In korea it's not rude to tell someone they're overweight. Plus they're saying that if she was an idol, she would look better skinnier. But anyways, just saying that in Korea it's a way of saying that you would look better looking skinny.

Literally telling someone they should lose weight in Korea is not rude. its in their way, complimenting someone by telling them they look prettier slim. Even SNSD says that they tell each other "Oh you've gained weight." So its not that bad to say something or weird to say it in Korea

Actually majority of exo members actually had weight problems when they are around her age (chanyeol, lay. baekhyun, xiumin have mentioned theirs on broadcasts) so all of them laughed to be polite to MC but you can see their expressions change very quickly and they all praised the girl very quickly.
