I think that "big brother" Cha Tae-hyun took him under his wings. You can see over the course of filming 2d1n how close they became and then in turn he became the hyung to Joon-young.

Omo! Yoon Si Yoon is so freaking adorable, he is so carefree with his cute and funny comments. I love him even more. He and Kim Min Jae looks very comfortable and close with each other. Lidya Simanjuntak I love him more like this. :) It seemed like he let go of the burden of thinking about Ratings and his old image. Now he can freely express himself and from an old fan's point of view(been a fan since High Kick) I love this change so much.

It seems that our dear Donggu did found himself. Look at him now with his wit and sass. His genuine smile, the joy and passion for his work. That wasn't there a couple of years ago. He was right, he took the "path that wasnt in the GPS yet" by doing 2D1N and now he is enjoying the beautiful view. He isn't the boy who was full of hesitation and fear. He is now the corrupted Donggu of 2D1N who is crazily courageous and adventurous.

I LOVE HOW MOST OF THE COMMENTS ABOUT YOON SI YOON ADDRESSES HIM AS "DONGGU" AND HOW THERE ARE MANY POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT HIM. I remembered how there were a lot of comments saying he's not that funny in 2D1N when he first joined. Now he can definitely handle himself well even without his 2D1N brothers. I love it. I'm so proud.

I know Shiyoon since Kim Takgu era and always watching his drama after that. But now, I'm more comfortable to call him Donggu than Shiyoon 😂 Mianhae Donggu-ya! nb. Kim Minjae looks so handsome as always.

lol i'm late but i think he was not yet really fond of being funny in 2D1N back then in my opinion. but he got funnier as he became meaner there lol HAHAHAHAHA. but then i must say you're right. it's like he was more comfortable on talk show that in 2D1N but he actually became funnier gradually. and those haters didn't get what they want. they didin't get to make him leave the show 😎 HAHAHAHA. now i just miss the dorks and the show 😭

I see so many comments talking about Yoon Siyoon but I hope more people would look kindly to Kim Min Jae. He is an amazing rookie actor who is very talented in acting, dancing, and rapping. I feel very upset that he was not able to achieve his dreams of becoming an idol; however, I really hope that he finds a stable path in acting. I also want him to show his talent to the world more frequently, maybe like Seo In Guk, Kim Min Jae can be an actor and performer as well. Lastly please look forward and support Kim Min Jae!!

Glad to see Yoon Si Yoon more relaxed and free when talking. I think We also have to thank 2n1d because of that :) I know from his past interview that He is always such a fun and easygoing man even before joining 2d1n, but He was too shy.... and looking at this interview make me smile from the beginning to the end of the video :) He is so open and express his tought so freaking well :) Proud of you Donggu, I mean Yoon Si Yoon :)

looking at their jaw might help you differentiate them, Jingoo has more squarish jaw whereas Minjae has a pointer chin
