It fully complies with the requirements of the Russian import Substitution Programmes.
The launch comes in a passenger modification with a seating capacity of 44 or 56 people, a cargo modification KC-164, or a
personnel (command) modification KC-165.
The launch is equipped with two engine units (produced by JSC «YaMZ» in Russia) with a total power of 312 horsepowers each,
and waterjets produced by JSC «Kostroma Marine Engineering Factory».The main features ofthe boat are its low mean draft (up to
60 centimetres) and fast speed (up to 50 kilometres per hour).
The boat has been built and designed under the supervision of the Russian River Register.
Fully loaded, with a displacement of about 20 tonnes, it can develop the maximum speed of about 44-46 kilometres per hour.
The cabin ofthe launch is furnished and decorated as qualitatively as a high-class intercity bus, and remains quiet even at full speed.
The power control is hydraulic, reliable and informative, the engines are local, domestically made.
The launch can approach the land not equipped with any mooring tools.
The modification KC-164 involves the installation of a lifting mechanism.
