ഇതേ പോലെ വീടിനു ചുറ്റും വീതിയിൽ വരാന്ത പണിയുകയും വാർപ്പിന് മുകളിൽ ട്രസ് വർക് ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്താൽ സാധാ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് വീടിലും ചൂട് കുറവായിരിക്കും.മേൽകുരയും ചുമരും വെയിലേറ്റ് ചൂടാവാൻ അനുവദിക്കരുത്

Such a joy seeing these ancient , traditional homes being given the respect they deserve. If only these walls could speak, so many beautiful memories will come spilling out...The many family gatherings, a special sense of belonging which was integral to those times, the company of muthashans and muthashis and their ingrained sense of values which kept families close knit. ...evening prayers by the light of a magnificent bronze thooku villaku and so much more.. കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് കാമരാജിന്റെ കോളറിന് പിടിച്ച മാത്തച്ചൻ കുരുവിനാക്കുന്നേലിന്റെ കുടുംബക്കാരുടെ വീട്. ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ഏക്കർ സ്ഥലം കൈവശം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നവർ. കൂലിയായി സ്ഥലം കൊടുത്തിരുന്നവർ. തൊടുപുഴയിലും (അടുത്ത് ) ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു 3000 ഇൽ പരം ഏക്കർ സ്ഥലം. 40 മുറികൾ ഉള്ള വീടും, പഴയ ലിമോസിനും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന വീട്. 80 -100 വര്ഷങ്ങള്ക്കു മുൻപുള്ള നാട്ടു രാജാക്കൾ. തൊടുപുഴ ആനക്കയയം റോഡ് തന്റെ പണിക്കാരെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വെട്ടി കാറ് വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ട് വന്നവർ. ഇപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം നാമാവശേഷമായിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

ടാറ്റ ഇന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഏറ്റവു ബഹുമാനമുള്ള ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ ഹൌസ് ആണ് .പക്ഷെ അവർ ആദ്യമായി നടത്തിയ കച്ചോടം കറുപ്പ് കയറ്റുമതി ആണ്. അതേപോലെ ഇന്നത്തെ യൂറോപ്യന്മാരുടെ സ്വത്തും സമാധാനത്തിന്റെയും അടിസ്ഥാനം എത്രപേരുടെ ചോരയും തകർത്തു കളഞ്ഞ ജീവിതവും സ്വത്തും ഒക്കെ ആരാണെന്നറിയാമോ ....പുകഴ്ത്തുപാട്ടിന്‌ പിന്നിലുള്ള ഗുണ്ടായിസം കൂടി ചേർത്ത് പറയടോ .... ....മോനെ

@@Tantommin. Nice to hear that😃, dear neighbor . I heard about this by the one who worked their home and also from old folks and from my family members. Time was just after independence. there is a bus stop called Compnay Peedika, @ Inchiyani. That compny was owned by them. Peedika was local shop.
