Back in the day the jetski purist hated this ski because they compared it with a standup and you just can't toss this 600 pound ski around like a real standup and freestyling was out of the question, so as a standup it sure not that much fun but the kart seat is a waaaaaaaaaay different story, because that makes it the most comfortable jetski ever made, because you sit on it as in a car so you can ride it for hours and hours without getting tired. And they were cheap as hell because i payed 4500 for one that was still in it's crate and in the usa i did read that they went out the door for only 3500 dollars because almost no one wanted one. i had mine for 10 years and i never maintained it besides a pressurewasher clean up and some silicone spray to keep en enginebay and motor clean and shine like new and that's it and it never ever broke down, so very reliable ski alright. And that count's for my other ski's i had and that's because i kept them all stock and original, except for another prop and intake grate, and that's how to keep them running, but as soon you start to beef them up, then it's not the question if ot will fail but when, because it sure will fail. And i like to ride and not wrench on a sandy beach with the hot sun backing on my neck, so stock is king!
