On the set of "Speed," the actors very quickly found a common language, the work proceeded interestingly and both actors noted in their interviews how pleasant and easy it was for them to work with each other. Then Keanu, due to his shyness, could not take the first step towards the relationship with Bullock. Perhaps then it was easier for them to remain friends that they managed to become during the filming of the picture. Later, in an interview, Sandra talked about the fact that from the very beginning of the shooting she fell in love with the actor, but also did not dare to tell him about it.

ñ acho ñ, talvez ele se sentia mais forte e animado perto dela que tem personalidade extrovertida e forte,ele se sentiu bem e seguro e isso fez bem pra ele,dá pra ver , eu consigo perceber, isso é por ele ter uma personalidade rígida , gente como ela ajuda a gente como ele a se desenrolar ,aprender a desenvolver a própria personalidade ,ele era bem mais jovem e hoje o vejo bem mais seguro de si , somos pessoas completas e talvez achamos que precisamos dos outros para sermos completos , precisamos sim no decorrer da vida ,até mesmo para nos conhecermos melhor, as pessoas podem nos servir de degraus para o auto-conhecimento e somos gratas com cada desvoberta de si e do outro, eles podem ter mesmo uma luz parecida e complementar e toda vez que aparecem juntos isso pode ser transmitido mas que pena que não estão juntos ,devem ser ótimos amigos.
