What a way to end 2023 with Dogstar, loved them then and now. Love there new album ♥️ I picked up an autograph album. Me and Keanu are the same age 1964 Rock!!. He is So down to earth and all around amazing being with so much love and passion for the world and life. This was a real treat listening to to all the band mates to Dogstar, you guys all Rock!! I will literally fight you on this. Do you have a medical condition? Keanu Reeves is literally the worst actor to have ever had a Hollywood career. Explain to me how his characters in The Matrix, Constantine and John Wick are different - without referring to how they look, their jobs, or what the plot of the film is.

The regarding the critical voice, it's a "part" of you. It has the best of intentions for you. Trying to get rid of it would be counter productive. Its protection other parts of you that are wounded and vulnerable. When you can heal those parts, with their permission, it will probably rapidly change roles into something different that is beneficial without the negative actions they used to take. I'm sharing this from my own experience with a therapy system called Internal Family Systems. It might be worth exploring.
