I get gristle and tiny bones when ordering a Turkish lamb shish and even koftas. I never have chicken doner as its the worst offender for having skins and gristle. Everything else is very good especially their lamb doner kebab and chicken shish. Anyway i thought you lived in hackney but you never mentioned manor park or wanstead flats because i lived near there before. Cheers dean food looked delicious
