Lalit Baba Ashram is located near Kedarnath temple and it is open throughout the year even though the Kedarnath Dham is closed for the pilgrims. Lalit Baba meditated here in 12 feet of snow, fed animals, and did many activities in this area. I decided to do a small video about the ashram where I experience some good vibes, people come here to have food and take a rest without giving any penny to the baba. This kind of community ashram is needed in Kedarnath Dham where the stay facility is limited.

I went to Kedarnath 2 years ago and on that day met Lalit baba by chance as he had organized a Langar. The Khichdi and chai I had there were the best I ever have had.

Lalit baba 2013 ke baad se Kedarnath Dham mein rehtey hain jo mujhe jankari mili hai. Aur unhone nichese malba ka ret aur pathar uthake apna aashram sthai kiya hai. Aur ab toh bana ke ashram mein bohot devotee hain jo donate karte hain. Infact administration ko jarurat padti hai toh wahin rehte hain. Jo mujhe dikha woh ye hai ki unhone Kedarnath Dham mein ek parallel administration khadi ki hai jo shradhalu aur santo ke liye vyavastha aur jab administration ko jarurat padti hai toh woh log bhi ashram mein ashray lete hain.

I guess they have their account May directly donate them. Or else will ask them about it. Basically I never wanted to get involved in any money matter so I did not ask. secondly I wanted to be sure if there exist any such truth.

Well depend karta hai line kitni badi hai. Kabhi kabhi kuch log bichsey bhi gus jatey hain😀 unke darshan pehle hote hain. Normally 2 se 4 ghante lag sakte hain

I have showed in Vlog. When you reach the stair case side of Kedarnath temple to your left is one bridge to cross other side and walk backward you will see the ashram.
