Imagine there's a bomb threat somewhere. The FBI call this guy in, and he just starts flipping the bomb around, pressing buttons, and cutting wires (all in less than a minute). Then, the bomb is defused, and you think: "Oh, thank God," but then he explodes it anyways by cutting more wires.

This is all within the rules on speedrun.com/ktane. You are allowed to detonate the bomb after all the modules are solved (and the corresponding victory chime plays). This speeds up runs since the menu's "return to office" button is disabled once the bomb is solved.
