I had a niece involved in domestic violence, for this woman to equate getting texts and phone calls from a tenant who has paid rent on the same level as my niece being beaten and choked is reprehensible! She’s the kind of person to do anything to make herself the victim. 😡

The girlfriend is probably still there out of fear - sad state of affairs. This chick is dangerously scary and is an actual threat to the public to lie so easily and isn’t phased at all. I am more disturbed the judge didn’t think the fella was entitled to anything her falsehoods, lies caused this man. Judge seemed to be more worried being PC than hold her responsible for her lies to law enforcement and making false accusations against an innocent man. A background check run, that case will still appear even if dismissed a potential employer or landlord or even possible new girlfriend will forever see this woman’s false claims and court case and against the guy… I was taught growing up, you can never unsay anything - words matter - her lies were so over the top, I just can’t. Yet the judge dismissed it - just wow!

This chick is dangerous and it’s scary this poor guy could have done time in county or state prison due to her FLAT OUT LIES and incurred losses, financial ones not to mention that accusation is still on his record if an employer or landlord looks he had a case due to this chicks lies and yet this judge doesn’t think he suffered at this woman’s mentally stunted antics? I feel so bad for this guy and that chick can take a long walk off a short pier. What she did was beyond wrong and the fact the judge dismissed it like flicking a dead moth off a window sill is mind-boggling

I don't know why the hell the judge was screaming at this guy. He didn't do anything wrong. That was some histrionic nonsense by the judge. He also SHOULD have gotten punitive damages for her filing a DVPO on him that was indiciously false. That man should have gotten his rent/sec PLUS whatever else to bring it up to the statutory max. The judge was out of line here.

The two defendants deserve each other, I definitely wouldn't want to be in a flat with them either. The tall one who, along with her mother kicked him out, said she doesn't want any more roommates, just as well because no one else would want to live with her anyway. The defendant is intolerable. The plaintive did the right thing by moving out. It’s unfortunate that he went through what he did with her while living together and then living in his car and then being possibly humiliated at work for a false domestic abuse restraining order that’s now on his record. She is crazy and, this is one of those cases where you just know that the plaintiffs mental health probably took a beating for quite some time.

Judge should have given him the pain and suffering for her race comment and filing a domestic report on him after he left.... That's crazy...then kept his money knowing he was sleeping in a car ..

He should have gotten some money for the false domestic violence restraining order. Even though it was dropped, I believe it is something that comes up on his record(as dismissed, I could be wrong but she could've done a harassment order instead of DV). Kimberly is adorable, lol.

GF low key looks like she belongs in the Wizard of Oz. I know little people need love too but she looks so much like a child. People need to stop throwing weed in a case as a negative. Those same black women would want to legalize weed or argue that the convictions for weed possession is bs and unfair. Imagine their brothers or cousins in the same situation and someone trying to throw them under the bus for an edible. You can’t have it both ways, that’s hypocritical. Also in many parts of Europe (where, let’s face it, they do things right) it’s been legal for decades and overall drug addiction is low.
