Omfg....do you know HOW LONG I tried to figure out how to use that extender piece 🤣 The instructions didn't mention it and I didn't know you had to pull the top off the other piece.....so THANK YOU 🙏

Thanks for explaining the extender piece as there is no mention of it in the instructions. Mine did not come with the cleaning brushes. No big deal as you can get them at the dollar store. Good job!

Thanks and yes he does. I like this one better because it does a better job keeping the water filtered vs some of the other water fountain products I have tried.

Hello! I was wondering how often you have to take apart the whole thing and clean it? Also, how often are the filters changed? Thank you!

I clean everything once a week as that also seems to be about when I need to add more water to it. Honestly not sure on the filter as the instructions didn't say. I figured when the thing starts to get gross...but that has not happened with weekly cleaning for me. The filter looks more to collect things larger solid objects like food if your pet knocks that into the bowl more than a water purifier filter.

Wow they didn't give me any brushes or the sponge for cleaning. I'm just trying to figure out how to run this cable cause it doesn't explain it

Got fig, the cable is just loose in the tank and comes out at the notch. Make sure it is aligned and run the cable down the groove in side of the plastic.

So how long did it take your cat to get used to the fountain and then actually drink out of it. My cats pretty much drinks from a dish with a refillable bottle attached to it. But I figured they might enjoy this because I had read somewhere that cants prefer a water source that is flowing because it keeps the water from becoming stagnant. So I was thinking of getting this.

My cat got used to it right away and I didn't have any issues. I don't use the tall extension piece, so it more bubbles. If your cat likes to drink from a sink faucet, then it might like the extension piece.

I just purchased one 2 days ago, my cats won't drink from it, then I see u can take the spout and extender off, I've tried my hardest to get the extender off, to the point my hands are red and sore, it went in easy enough, can ta help me out here 😊

It looks like they make one now with a motion sensor to turn on the pump when the cat approaches. I see they also sell the WF100 with a LED light, but not sure if the light is just in the bottom of the fountain or attached to the pump. Personally, I don't see the point of the light unless you just want the water to glow so does it work without using the light?

a year later. . . is everything still good with the product? pump still work? how often should pump be cleaned? ive had AWFUL luck with pumps in general, fish tank, turtle tank & previous “pump” water bowls. TIA for followup info!

I just recently replaced this one with a wireless battery pump, but mine was still working when I changed it out. I always keeps the filters clean and changed the water twice a week and that kept the pump clean.

Mine didnt come with a brush nor did it come with an extra filter

It looks like they now have 3 options on the Amazon page. If you bought the $21 it looks like it does not come with the brush or extra filters. If you bought he $27 or $37 one it should and I would just message them to see if they send you the extra filter and brush. The brush is pretty standard and not really needed, but the filter is nice to have.

DOES IT DRAIN THE CAT FURS AND DIRT DEBRIS? MY ISSUE WITH MY CATS WATER IS THAT I KEEP SEEING CAT FUR IN IT, AND ONCE IT HAS FUR IN IT, MY CAT WILL NOT DRINK IT ANYMORE

It has a sponge like filter that the water goes through before it goes back into the tank. So that will catch cat hair or food debris if you use it. You can see it in the video around 2:00 mark

I would say it is reusable to an extent. I clean it when I change out the water, but after about 2 months it starts to get yellow and dirty and should be replaced. I tried running it via the dishwasher just to see if that would clean the sponge, but the white and black parts separated.
