I have a really hard time getting into character, pretending its not a test and acting normal. I also tend to get into fight or flight and just say stuff that is going to lead to the exam stopping sooner.

Oh my goodness so relatable. We actually have a way to manage this, it’s not on KZfaq but I could send you a hypnotherapy recording to reduce that nervous system activation under exam conditions. Hi there!! This year we ran it as a container as it sort of unfolds and builds that way. I worried there would be too much content to get through if I released later and didn’t want to cause stress to the crew. When is your exam date?
