Hi I'm Georgia, and my channel is all about my 6 horses and other pets!

I’ve been feeding soaked or sprayed hay to give extra hydration, tying haynets in the shade to make sure the horses don’t have to stand in the sun to eat and putting apples in their water to encourage drinking. I’ve also got fruit with high water content (cucumber slices and watermelon) to help keep them hydrated!

I put ice cubes in my dogs water bowls and for rabbits I freeze my water balloons and my rabbits lay on them xxx💗

We’ve got a 2 and a 1/2 year old black Labrador and i live in Australia so it gets like really hot here during the summer and one of the things that we do to cool down our dog is fill up a kids portable paddling pool with water and put it in the shade outside. He just goes and plays or lie down in it and it cools him off in no time! Obviously this wouldn’t work for all dog breeds because some dont like the water, but he’s a lab so he is crazy about the water. Hope this helps! X

Use most of these things too, love the cool matts! So cheap and really do work! 1 thing I would say if maybe skip the ice part for the dogs, they shouldn’t have ice cubes as their bodies think they are too cold and will heat them up again to normal temperature, I normally give them a choice of cold water and water that is a little warmer so they can pick. No hate or disagreements just from personal experiences😄x

My tip for the horses is bringing them in there stables during the day because of the flies! That’s what we do but I’m not sure if that’s helpful to you or not xx

To keep ur dogs cool u could make a bandanner and wet it for when u go on a walk or it is really hot

If you feel like your bouncling around a lot try moving your legs back a bit to balance yourself out (but not too much) and make sure your looking between your horses ears to keep you steady
